The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of our lives in many profound ways. There are still many restrictions which have been imposed by local, state and federal governments, as well as by our current and prospective partners. In light of these restrictions, and in consideration of the safety and well-being of our participants, the LutheranHANDS Board, along with our trip leaders, has made the decision to cancel this summer’s trip to North Carolina. This decision was not easy. It was ultimately made to ensure the health and safety of the LutheranHANDS family and those we were to serve while in North Carolina.

In furtherance of this goal, if your church, community or other organization may be in need of help with any of the projects below, please let me or another LutheranHANDS Board member or trip leader know.
These projects include:
If you have other project ideas that we could mobilize the LutheranHANDS community for, please reach out. We are hoping to have numerous opportunities, with the intention of kicking off the week the summer trip would have occurred and continuing throughout summer 2020.
